Saving The Remnant

Today the real Gospel is hardly heard,
loved, cherished, or even known.
Yet a remnant is saved, the few millions
who are taken by Christ at the Rapture.
But the others are trusting in things
that should definitely be done, such as
repentance, baptism, endurance, but
never to be trusted for salvation, since
all trust must be on Christ alone.

The remnant is being saved even though
the real Gospel is hardly heard today.
Most of the denominations
are teaching the false "gospel" of
"salvation" by faith plus repentance
(though usually professed to be
faith alone), and the few who do
teach faith alone, teach faith comes
thru baptism (even infant baptism)
and sacrament, so that people
end up trusting in their own
"righteousness" (their baptism,
their taking the sacrament) anyway.

But Christ uses the remnant that
he has reserved to himself, who are
scattered in the denominations
and who are throughout the world,
to reach others with the good news
that salvation really is by faith alone
in Christ alone who is our righteousness
and our salvation totally and completely.
