Make a fake profile, reply to her a few times, get her trust.

child porn on it and leave it on a police car outside a donut

That's what I'd do. Maybe some other posters have suggestions.

As the police are for sale, it should be fairly easy to get them to do
it for you. The hard part will be affecting their value system long
enough to convince them that your request is the "moral" choice. Or
maybe not. It kinda looks like you have already internalized
cop-think.
