Me too, but I became an embalmer.
More like because she thinks David Boreanaz is so sexy. ;-)
I have fixed your spelling for the last time. Don't fail me again.
Now they just want to date one. <g>
This explains a lot.
Putting down embalmers? They're the last ones to let you down, dear.
that you , lol
both, and the extra sensory powers
Percy worships his Colonel. Can y'all tell???
Buffy rules, heehee :-D
In your case, you let us down every single day when you wake up.
that you , lol
I was talking about the wanting to be a vampire or was it the ballerina
you wanted to be?

When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a cat. I wanted to be able to see
in the dark, run up trees and across rooftops and leap across wide gaps. My
friends nicknamed me Kitty-Cat which got shortened to Kitty and the name
followed me all through my school years.
i wanted to be a dog to better play with our dog like those dogs do.
running wildly across grassland and stuff. that would have been fun.
later i heard that iggy pop song "i just wanna be your dog... " and now
i prefer to keep this little fantasy to myself. ah, crap. didnt work
thought, guess i already told it.
Buffy would beat the crap out of everybody. :-D
Dogs lie around sleeping all day, somebody feeds them and they lick
their own wieners whenever they want.
Sounds like a little bit of heaven to me.

So people in adversity who say it's a "dog's life" don't really know what
they're talking about then? :-)

She'd fall in love with Robert Pattinson and end up having a big cat-fight

And then Angel would get all whiny, "I started the whole vampire with a
soul thing" :-)
I suppose that depends.
I see furry little Hoots lying on the couch next to me, curled up with
his head on two pillows. Nearby is a blanket in case it gets chilly. He
just went outside and came back in where I cleaned him up, held him and
fed him. Now we are on the couch where I am using the computer and he is
taking a little nap. Later we'll go for a walk, (where, if he gets
"tired" I will pick up and carry him) then share my breakfast then maybe
go for a drive then do some things around the house.
After another walk or two. we'll have dinner, sit on the couch to watch
some TV then we'll all go to bed where he sleeps under the covers on our
bed, or moves around the room on the three other beds he has in various
locations.
Tomorrow, repeat.
That's a dog's life here.
mmmmm just a few more sleeps and I can see the next movie :)
Just so you know...
If that's what it's about, I'll bite you in your sleep...
But somehow, I don't think that's it.
What is it about some of the romantic vampire things that women like?
the uncontrollable bad boy that i can fix with my love
very profound. Im impressed, again
and if that don't work , dump him
Rachel wrote:
Part of the appeal is that vampires are so different from ordinary men. The
vampires in movies and TV are usually very handsome, they have old-worlde
charm, romance and a long and interesting past. They're usually from
somewhere else which appeals to the women who won't have anything to do with
local men simply because they're local. Vampires are very strong, very quick
and very dangerous and a certain type of woman is intrigued by the idea that
her "bad boy" is a killer but he would never hurt her and would always
protect her because of his great love for her.
It's the seduction. If you just grab and bite, it comes off as an attack.
That's me in a nutshell!
And I think most women are attracted to a bad boy, it's a smaller
percentage of the same women that actually pursue him.
And % is right - the ones who pursue the bad boys think they can "fix
him" with their love. "Oh, you just don't understand him, he's not like
that".
My sister was attracted to a guy who was a "free spirit". Later, after
they had kids, he became "irresponsible".

Just because he doesn't do what everybody else does
That's no reason why I can't give him all my love
He is always good to me, always treats me tenderly
Cos he's not a rebel, no-no-no
He's not a rebel, no-no-no
To me

Things really change when one partner matures with responsibility and the
other doesn't.
There's always a flip side to any characteristic...
Someone's "free spirit" is another person's "irresponsible"
"Light-hearted" or "funny" is another way to say "not serious" or
"goof-off".
Depends on your point of view.
Hoots, you're going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend
greatly on our own point of view. Anakin was a good friend. When I
first knew him, your father was already a great poster. But I was
amazed how strongly the soc was with him. I took it upon myself to
train him as a Penpal. I thought that I could instruct him just as well
as Yoda. I was wrong.
