Based on the following and followed by the forced and illegal
homelessness imposed on the Ofumes by the government of America
because of the family's bid for the president of Nigeria 2011, the
Ofume wrote to the CONFERENCE OF BISHOP (Washington, D.C.) and applied
for minimum humanitarian assistance ( pay downpayment for apartment
excluding month to month rentals) to catholic charities, st. Mary's
and other christian churches. Ofume attended several interviews and
earned 97% denial without reason. Now the entire family is homeless
and approaching cold season.
Also Dr. & Mrs. Ofume are under-going immigration (Asylum) case
without job authorization and under over 98% sanction and right to
other services.

touched the US and its allies so badly because it is the ONLY SOLUTION
to realize real change in Nigeria 1914-present.
Ex-President George W. Bush lineup series of dictatorial methods such
as render Dr. & Mrs. Ofume and seven children HOMELESS and imposeed
over 98% sanction and embergo on means of livelihood and deport his
eldest son to Nigeria with organized intention to disrupt Dr. Ofume's
presidential campaign 2011 and in part force him to take the BOGUS
AMNESTY OF President Yar'Adua.
Big eyes on Nigeria Election 2011, unsually under federal
multiculrual/
racial/color democratic institution, the entire nation is requested to
implement ex-President Bush's and President Yar'Adua's homeless and
embargo/sanction plan to see whether the Ofume family would break and
forced to run into the embassy of Nigeria in Washington, DC. to claim
the BOGUS AMNESTY.
Several people and governments have asked President Barack H. Obama to
give reason why he has decided to inherit ex-President Bush's cruel
plan but these governments and people failed to understand that
President Obama's government has taken the best steps to save the
situation by swiftly ordering STAY OF DEPORTATION of the Ofumes in
total revision of ex-President Bush's plan which led to the
deportation of Dr. & Mrs. Ofume's eldest son KLEBER ODIMEGWU OFUME to
Nigeria on March 10, 2009. March 10, 2009 was the date of Kleber's
Bail Hearing in US Immigration Court, Boston, MA.
Also the government of President Obama has appointed three Federal
Surgeons in Lynn, MA which enabled the Ofumes to redo their Biometric
Tests and filed same with the US COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FIRST
CIRCUIT NO. 09-1610 on September 25, 2009. This opportunity did not
exist during ex-President Bush's regime.
Another question is why is that the FBI neglected, refused, and
failed to investigate the Judge and other court officials that forged
June 4, 2007 as date of hearing whereas hearing did not occur. Judge/
Court used the opportunity of this forgery to create several pages of
proceedings. Hearing occurred on June 5, 2007 and what was head and
discussed were censored and totally deleted to list/enter the lies
created under June 4, 2007 falsified hearing.
The force to take amnesty is done and secretly carried out by the
fleeing workforce of ex-President Bush's workforce. Because several
operating workforce of ex-President Bush are heads of service and
agency under President Obama's government, 100% of the services in the
US is involved in implementing the sanction/embergo. Under this
longstanding embergo/sanction several million dollars have been
embezzled using the Ofumes' names.
Under the on-going homelessness, the Ofumes (six children and two
parents - Blacks) sought sanctuary in their church (CHURCH OF JESUS
CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Revere, MA ) Revere Police Department did
not review the Fraternity and Church management law of the United
States, but under white-white, the police in Revere swiftly heeded the
call of Bishop Michael J. Kruckenberg and removed the Ofumes and
placed the family in the street.
All calls to Revere Police to press criminal charge against Bishop
Kruckenberg that the Ofumes entered the church under breaking and
entering were ignored. The Ofumes telephoned the Bishop over 20 times
and thereafter senior members (Hispanic) came and opened the church
and requested the Ofumes to enter. In the United States, several
White/
Non-White complaints are ignored in favour of the Whites. The Hispanic
members used their vehicles to go distance food store to buy pizza for
the Ofumes. The Ofumes are hardworking the cruel government of ex-
President Bush refused to grant the Ofumes job authorization including
right to self-employment.
