DIPLOMATS IN USA AGAINST THE UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL LAW
(EXAMPLE - UN CONVENTION OF JULY 28, 1951): RETURNING PROTECTION
SEEKERS BACK TO PERSECUTORS AND PLACE THEY FEAR DEATH, PERSECUTION AND
TORTURE
October 10, 2009
Under the on-going political persecution in the United States against
the Ofume family, the family sought safety and sanctuaries in the
CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-SAINTS and EMBASSIES OF VENEZUELA and
RUSSIA. See further readings below.
During the standoff the officials there refused to contact their
governments or overseers above and in place prefer to heed the threat
mounted by the host government and downsized the laws cited above. In
each standoff, officials feared that the host government would frame
up allegation against them should they respect this convention and
provide protection to the family.
Some insiders among the officials said, "they will do something that
would force me to pull out my children and family back to my
country..." Severally, the family requested them to contact their
governments and overseers but they refused to do so.
Each standoff ended with police and against these laws the family was
sent back to its persecutors by auction of retaining their diplomatic
positions.
