PRESIDENT UMARU YAR'ADUA : DECEITFUL AMNESTY TO THE CIVIL LIBERTIES
FIGHTERS IN THE NIGER DELTA REGION

June 23, 2009

Amnesty by weak and agency leaders, government, politicians, lawmakers
is risky without

major international and domestic legislative conditions. Recognizing
that ex-President

Olusegun Obasanjo is as weak as President Yar'Adua I led several NGOs
to

advice Ex-President Charles Taylor and gave him pattern of what and
what must be negotiated.
The pattern must be applied to these people that are defending the
rights and environment of the
people of the NIGER DELTA REGION. Across Nigeria similar civil
liberties fighters exist.

We (NGOs) are aware that weak leaders controlled by other leaders can
not keep fugitives

and others that fear persecution, torture, and death. Int. Criminal
Court is made for non-west,

non-white, and non-moderate of west and moderate.

If peace, reconciliation and restitution were accepted to cure the war
crimes and crime against

humanity committed by west/moderate in Middle East, Africa, North
America, Europe, Asia, etc what

deprives this cure from being applied on crimes committed by non-west
and non-moderate?
