Definition and analysis of state and non-state terrorisms and
terrorists are re-posted below.
There is foreign operated oppressive, unstable and dangerous
government in Nigeria. Foreign actors and their errand runners in
Nigeria are happy that human exodus of Nigeria has escalated and very
alarming. This manipulative exodus.
Nigerians are reading to jump into the fire under the command of
domestic and international contractors, army generals and commanders,
contracting secret operatives, etc in as much as the risk lands him/
her into western and other nations with the uncertain dream to seek
greener pasture.
Also now that over $600billion has been voted and passed, the world
will experience several mock and real time bred state and non-state
terrorisms and military action which is capable of raising dust of
terrorism and capable of steering a cut and chew activities from the
passed defence budget.
Nigerians have done something scarier than this, thus they have
swallowed drugs and other materials to get money or find themselves in
prisons and detentions in the west and other spots which they made
them to believe are better than living and dying in Nigeria.
Yes, for these Nigerians, Publishers found that the brainwashing
theory which is used to prepare them into dirty and planned actions
like these make them to believe that these prisons and detentions are
better than living in Nigeria.
If this messenger should pass several countries and sea without
exploding purported bomb or explosive, the mindset is to one single
purpose, find greener pasture in the United States of America where
his masters would indirectly come to his rescue even while in short
and long stay in prison/detention and would also facilitate amnesty
for him and access to right to astute attorney.

experts, scholars, researchers, investigators and teachers must review
fact of activities (forms, policies and practices) before risking to
offer definition, reform and change on any operating system.
The majority of the UN workforce lacks this foundation or background.
Few of the UN experts, scholars, researchers, investigators and
teachers that would have been able to do good work are taken captive
by bloc political power and the purported power of their direct and
indirect check cutting principals or employers.
Before deep thought was shed into this topic, the Publishers decided t

circumstance, the UN and its agencies are unfit to turn out reports
and documents on international law, policies and practices that would
be fair, impartial and transparent to deal with world peace, security,
development andprosperity.
If there were origin of the world - present, no expert, scholar,
researcher, investigator and teacher has been able to proffer or offer
waterproof, scientific and scholarly definition of TERRORISM AND
TERRORIST. The reason for this huge failure is that the majority of
the
experts, scholars, researchers, investigators and teachers have risked
definition and in the process discarded and abandoned the direct and
indirect forms, activities, metamorphosis, real content and prowls of
TERRORISM AND TERRORIST. These structures are made up of CAUSE AND
EFFECT conscientiously incidental to AGGRESSION, AGGRESSOR AND
AGGRESSED. Then on this easy to access detour the question is WHAT
ISTHE AGGRESSION AND WHO ARE THE AGGRESSORS AND AGGRESSED?
Across the world, so far the work of the so-called experts,
researchers, investigators and teachers is analyzed and lay to
perpetual rest by the Publishers as follows:
a. Preliminary question at issue is whether terrorism is mere harsh,
irrational and unconscientiously violent and cruel action of the
aggressor against the aggressed. The Publishers found that there are

NON-STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS is OVERT,
COVERT,INHUMANE, POLITICAL, NON-POLITICAL and RELATED CRUEL ACTION.
The action is premeditated or predetermined and not irrational, random
and
spontaneous against life and property or governmental system,
non-governmental system, civilians, military or armed forces, innocent
and armless people, freedom fighters, properties, goods, services,
etc.
c. The agents and agencies of the STATE/GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM AND
TERRORISTS and NON-STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS are
"human and non-human beings" such as children, men, women, animals,
birds, insects, robots, metrological systems, arms and ammunition
heads, etc. etc. etc. The work tools are education, conventional and
unconventional materials, covert collaboration, nomadic system, etc.
d. The form and activities are water/land/air poisoning; bombings;
shootings; abduction; captivity; addiction; food poisoning;
hijackings;
******inations; substance and non-substance infiltration and
contamination; several wet trades; g***ing or pumping of deadly and
other nuclear, radioactive materials, bioproducts, g***es, new and old
chemicals and other products; starvation and deprivation of other
meansof livelihood purpose of killing the victims without stitches;
biowarfare with m***ive death heads such as infecting children, men
women, animals, etc with AIDS, HIV, CANCER, ANTHRAX, EBOLA, MALARIA,
SMALLPOX, etc; ETC
e. One of the definitions of terrorism/terrorist which the
Publishers vehemently objected is the one given by Paul Pillar. Mr.
Pillar is former US Deputy Chief of the CIA's Counterterrorist Center
and according to his submission, he listed four (4) elements
following:
"
i. It is premeditated-planned in advance, rather than an impulsive
act of rage.
ii. It is political-not criminal, like the violence that groups such
as the mafia use to get money, but designed to change the existing
political order.
iii. It is aimed at civilians-not at military targets or combat-ready
troops.
iv. It is carried out by subnational groups-not by the army of a
country."
The four-point element listed above is insufficient definition of the
ancient and modern terrorism and terrorist or STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL
TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS and NON-STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM
ANDTERRORISTS and the score, which the Publishers allocated to Mr.
Pillar, is less than 7%. This type of definition destroys any counter
action against STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS and NON-
STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS.
Downplaying the power, impact and activities of these terrorists on
the
society, people, economies endangers the campaign to eliminate state
and non-state terrorists. The person, Brian Jenkins that claims
himself terrorism expert said, "terrorists used to want a lot of
people watching, not a lot of people dead."
This nonsense because the state or non-state terrorists that have the
evil courage to infect over 50million Africans with AIDS/HV or state
or
non-state terrorists that hijacked different aircrafts and drove into
the world trade buildings, Pentagon and other connecting locations on
September 11, 2001 never wished to become heroes in face of the
international media and before other onlookers but to destroy life and
property. If they desired to make name or showoff why is that they did
not claim responsibility for these actions. What is terrible and
dreadful in terrorist incursion is destruction of life and property.
The purported expert must know that terrorists, whether state or
non-state, the intention is to destroy life and property.
The causes of terrorism and the formation of terrorist group are
physical and psychological tortures or social, cultural, religion,
economic, and political marginality, exclusion, racism, ethnicity,
racial discrimination, xenophobia and related cruelty without security
of civil liberties and justice. In the majority of the circumstances,
the holder of power create the path to terrorism and formation of
terrorist group. The unbearable conduct of leaders in which the
leaderscontrol the justice system and feel like wicked god may pave
way to terrorism and emergence of terrorist entities.
Analysis of objection in Paul Pillar and others:
Certain terrorist actions that the STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM
ANDTERRORISTS and NON-STATE/ GOVERNMENTAL TERRORISM AND TERRORISTS
take

In the world, the greed to cloud or distort the action of the
governmental authority against the non-governmental authority AND/OR
non-governmental authority against governmental authority has expanded
international conflict and gradually drifting towards third world war.
Recently, without reason, the governmental authority introduced more
cloud into the definition and description of the definition, forms and
activities of the non-state terrorist/terrorism by calling them
insurgent/insurgency. Either way whether terrorist/terrorism or
insurgent/ insurgency, there are governmental and non-governmental
insurgents/insurgency.
During the reign of terror or cruel leaders under the uncontrolled
path
of the French Revolution, in 1793 and 1794 without iota of doubts, the
action of the state triggered the action of the ruled or non-state
bodies or braced as the action of the state and guillotines. Today
across the world most state terrorists are hiding their terrorist tool
and arsenal and in the other hand both the state and non-state
terrorists dislike the name and stigma embedded in
terrorist/terrorism.
The slim difference between the state and non-state terrorists is that
the terrorist action of the state is securely covert without claiming
responsibility for given terrorist incursion whereas the majority of
non-state terrorists prefer to claim responsibility to ***ert certain
amount of fear on their target and others. The state terrorists
control
the media, communications and NGOs and force or bribe to censor the
news and other information concerning their action.
It is huge failure of rationality for certain so-called experts,
researchers, investigators, scholars and teachers to lay claim against
the so-called old terrorists and decline to mention the newest
terrorist, Adolph Hitler and others particularly the cruel terrorist
travail against Africans (AIDS/HIV); Jews (second world war);
persistent direct and indirect state terrorism, genocide and murder in
Canada (http://canadiangenocide. nativeweb.org) directed against
non-white, First Nation, Metis, Inuit, Blacks, Arabs, Filipino and
related racial group and tourists, immigrant and foreign investors,
professionals and experts; America on September 11, 2001; etc. The
deadliest terrorist attack in history of humanity is the infection of
over 50million Africans inside and outside Africa with AIDS/HIV
purpose of unleashing maximum racially motivated genocide and
depopulation against Africans and Africa.
The so-called agency experts, researchers, investigators, scholars and
teachers reasoned in line of colour, race, and nationality that the
"oldest terrorists were holy warriors: in first-century Palestine,
Jewish Zealots would publicly slit the throats of Romans and their
collaborators; in seventh-century India, the Thuggee cult would
ritually strangle p***ersby as sacrifices to the Hindu deity Kali; and
in the eleventh-century Middle East, the Shiite sect known as the
******ins would eat hashish before murdering their foes. Historians
can
trace recognizably modern forms of terrorism back to such
late-nineteenth-century organizations as Narodnaya Volya ("People's
Will"), an anti-tsarist group in Russia..."
The weakness of the UN and international community is extensive
because irrespective of the incessant destruction of life and property
by the state and non-state economic interests, race, colour,
nationality and continental unions and other gang related ***ociations
have damage the vision and credibility of international campaign to
eliminate state and non-state terrorism.
Short-list of other terrorist activities in the world
a. Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine undertook the first
terrorist hijacking of a commercial airplane on July 22, 1968;
b. bombings of Pan Am flight 103, destroyed over Lockerbie,
Scotland, in 1988 by terrorists linked to Libya - over 300 people were
killed
c. the August 1998 bombings of the U.S. emb***ies in Kenya and
Tanzania killed around 300 people; these attacks have been linked to
al-Qaeda.
d. Timothy McVeigh killed 166 people by bombing a federal office
building in Oklahoma City in 1995;
e. failed February 1993 attempt by Islamist terrorists to destroy
the World Trade Center killed six people and injured about 1,000
others;
f. the 1983 Islamist suicide bombing of the U.S. Marine barracks in
Beirut, Lebanon, killed 242 Americans.
g. Air India Airliners bombing in 1985 that killed 331 people in
Canada
h. 1914 ******ination of Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand by a
