“…This work (research, investigation, assessment, evaluation and
certification on civilization, law, needs, culture, tradition,
politics, social economics, barriers, anthropo-demography, social
genealogy, justice and freedom, education and training, civil
liberties and matrimonial law, feminist movement contrasted with
matrimonial law, etc) started in 1989 and ended in 2007 and have
gone through the system and women in America and Rwanda…(Preface or
preliminary action-step - ii)
…The work has designed strategic questions, answers and solution to
enable American women to turn the table round to capture and occupy
vertical positions and offices such as mayoral, governorship, federal
and state senatorial/representative, secretarial/ ministerial,
presidential, diplomatic, etc…(Preface or preliminary action-step -
i)
In the certification of this work the Publishers are also the
principal researchers, investigators , assessors, evaluators and
certifiers found that the problems and breakthroughs in these
countries (America and Rwanda) are fully within these countries and
strategic questions, answers and solution are also domesticated.
In all the civil liberties movements and laws in these countries
(Rwanda America), women in both countries, America has more civil
liberties movements and laws than Rwanda but Rwanda women are more
civilized and active than America women in building domestic
grassroots - upper roots movement and mobilization strategies to be
likable by the electorates or political blocs.
America’s civil liberties movements and laws have spoiled American
women, destroyed several nuclear families and corrosively spoiling
other foreign women and societies that are allowed to read the
books.
American women failed to use their own abundant civil liberties and
laws background which are structurally empowered by several
constitutional laws which are bedrock to organize domestic grassroots
- upper roots movement and mobilization.
Contrary to Rwandan women, in place of this struggle baseline,
America
women misdirected and misdesigned their strategies and focused on
destructive strategies brewed by confused feminist and social
activisms which have destroyed the good culture, tradition and
civilization of America (nuclear and extended family systems,
multiculturalism, religion, ethical/moral values, philanthropy, etc).
Under misdirected strategic priorities by the American women, Rwanda
women focused on domestic grassroots - upper roots movement and
mobilization whereas American women focused on separation of marriage
and commercialized divorced and secretly tagged divorce duping grand
forces to enrich women without sweat or get big money to travel up
and
down and after finishing the dupes, problem starts and reuniting
with
the nuclear family becomes impossible.
In America after this deadlock, when center fails to hold anything
and
there is no way forward and way backward, the best way forward is to
radicalize their life in the nature of expanding feminist movement by
deceiving other women to divorce without informing them what they
have
suffered in breaking their marriages or nuclear families.
Internationally, under misdirected strategic priorities by the
American women, Rwanda women focused on domestic grassroots - upper
roots movement and mobilization whereas American women focused and
remain preoccupied and matched with hate on the misconceived, less
researched and less investigated conditions of the women in Muslim
societies ( Arab nations) and under America’s unconstructive foreign
politics, American women picked on Iran and all the parts of Sharia
law to deceive Muslim women and brainwashed them with vague and
childish books authored by Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Azar Nafisi which
they
called “best-sellers.” Over 98.7% of American universities and
related institutions are agency base and face intellectual and
scholarly seizures in factual, true and unbiased straight talk,
teaching and writing.
As America operates crueler government more than Iran and empowered
by
American women (white and related colored women), American women
enjoy
the cruelties and become the commander-in-chief of cruelties, America
women failed to question the hardships to find path to change and
reclaim the political blocs of America.
Unlike Rwandan women, American women have unfocused and inactive
movements and organizations “such as the National Organization for
Women, the Ms. Foundation for Women and the National Council for
Research on Women… colleges and universities,…” (Christina Hoff

Under these conditions, contrary to Rwandan women, America women
became radical, resistant, in-fighting, mud throwing and militant
activists, warriors and oppressive and irresponsible fighters
fighting
their own political blocs (men, youths, children, nuclear family,
etc) and advising other women to file divorce, fighting to occupy
horizontal service sectors with minimum or without strong
mobilization
and movement to occupy vertical positions and offices such as
mayoral, governorship, federal and state senatorial/representative,
secretarial/ministerial, presidential, diplomatic, etc.
…The work moved to another important phase which touches political
blocs ( grassroots - upper roots) to study domestic racism/ethnicity,
racial/ethnic discrimination , exclusion and marginality, xenophobia
and related intolerance and the role of women in both countries.
Contrary to women in Rwanda, in majority of American women in service
sectors (white and related color) are the heart of this intolerance
and directed deeply against their own (women’s) political bloc
(including women)…(Introduction P. 2).
In the offices and other workplaces, they open up war against men/
boys
and other women to exert white supremacy and the same force of
uncooperative flow of complimentary interactions in the nuclear
family
and other domestic settings to make function standstill. Bi-partisan
and Multi-partisan cooperation are zero in majority of the places
where these women hold mantle of power or office.
Recently, during the Campaign trail put in place by PBS/WGH (female
staff name reserved ) which moved to from and to from Chile, Rwanda,
etc., the PBS/WGH’s staff asked Rwandan woman who is the Head of
Rwanda Police, was asked to state the difference between American and
Rwanda leaders, politicians and lawmakers. Smartly, the Rwandan Chief
of Police, said, “LISTENING.”
Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume is one of the Publishers’ international
communications monitors and vetters and in his nuclear family, Dr.
Ofume is the only member of his family that viewed this midnight
program of the PBS/WGH. When Mrs. Maureen Ngozi Ofume woke up from
sleep, Dr. Ofume told her that PBS/WGH television host asked
Rwandan
woman who is the Head of Rwanda Police, to state the difference
between American and Rwandan leaders, politicians and lawmakers. Dr.
Ofume asked Mrs. Ofume to imagine the answer which the Police Chief
gave. Mrs. Ofume quickly said, “LISTENING.”
Contrary to Rwanda women, some American women are in danger because
white and related colored women discriminate against non-white women
and throw them overboard in both public service and women‘s private
organizations. In the organization political and other public
activities women marginalize and exclude women and in doing this
hampers path to building part of leadership movement.
In national and inter-regional women organizations and movement, non-
white and related colored women are excluded and marginalized and in
small part accepted in nature of cosmetic deceitful presentations to
shine domestic and international photographic color or esthetics.
In Rwanda women maintained their nuclear and extended families and
have built a strong national unification system without border or
distinction on basis of gender, race, ethnicity, professions,
nativity, etc. etc. etc. In Rwanda women that become bread winner of
the nuclear family do not throw away their husband because they are
rich or husbands do not throw away their wives because they rich. In
Rwanda on before and after the foreign brewed conflict (genocide),
peace loving nuclear and extended families system in Rwanda have
empowered nuclear and extended families and the entire society.
Majority of American women in service sectors (white women and
related
color and race) are cruel and heartless and exhibit high momentum of
domestic racism/ethnicity, racial/ethnic discrimination , exclusion
and marginality, xenophobia and related intolerance.
Publishers met them in different nuclear family and service sectors
across America, marriages are like gamble or casino and over 70% of
the men and women practiced what is disgraceful in Rwanda. As about
25% of the marriages in US remain temporarily stable, the adverse of
feminist movement is huge. Children, government and society in
general
suffer the pains and for the foregoing reason, Publishers’ report
recommended banning feminist movement oversea.
In Rwanda women are ready to listen and accept all ethnic/racial
groups and expeditiously respond to their needs and barriers without
decoration on distinction on basis of gender, color, ethnicity,
religion, race, etc. Based on this background, the mass society see
the Rwandan women as likable and preferred leaders, politicians,
leaders, etc and opened to no barriers as to path to vertical and
horizontal controls mentioned above.
American women have long way to go because the issues of domestic
racism/ethnicity, racial/ethnic discrimination , exclusion and
marginality, xenophobia and related intolerance in America and gender
cold/violent wars are hereditary and must be subjected to correction
and treatment or change by self-conscience and breaking the grand
barriers such as social, psychological, race, religion, etc barriers
to enable American women proceed to turn the table round to capture
and to occupy vertical positions and offices such as mayoral,
governorship, federal and state senatorial/representative,
secretarial/ministerial, presidential, diplomatic, etc.
Note: Rationally, the word “Colored” is used to qualify white and
non-
white. Lay teachers, researchers and investigators use “colored” to
qualify “non-white.”
