Hello Brothers-

Our local Masonic Newspaper is now set-up to be read on-line. This
paper has been a hard won and important part of the fabric of Illinois
Freemasonry for more than a century and several of us who post here
also contribute. September 2009, October 2009 & November 2009 editions
are now online and the paper in whole or in part is downloadable
as .pdf files. Doug Freyberger's November article "Masonic Ponderings"
can be read under Arlington Heights Lodge No. 1162 on the first page.
My submission, "The Republic Nature of Grand Lodge" is listed on the
second page next to our Master's photo under Auburn Park No. 78. As
with the other forums, my articles are free to distribute for any
Masonic purpose. You will have to check with Doug for a statement
about his lodge's policy.

You will need a sign-on and password to access the paper. Feel free
to use mine, Username = "Auburn Park", password = "22"

Happy reading. By the way, if you have a submission that you would
like to share with Illinois FreeMasons, please email it to me and if
it is suitable I will include it in a future edition.

Fraternally,
Torence Evans Ake

I have no idea what my lodge's policy is.  I have been asked for
permission to quote various of my posted articles in the past.  I can
not recall ever answering no.
