Are you a leader or a follower? It is much safer to be a follower,
than a leader. Leadership is a role many aspire to, but few succeed
at. Leaders play a dangerous and much needed role in society. True
leaders are those who are willing to change things.

My definition of leader: "The difference between a leader and an
ordinary man is this - a leader changes the environment to adapt to
him, while an ordinary man changes to adapt to the environment". This
is also my leadership style. There are multiple ways of being a
leader. What is your leadership style?
