No it is a LEGAL judgment that many legal scholars and Judges agree with
if you have been following the news in the past couple days. Consensus is
building that dismissal at some stage is a near 100% probability. On
Constitutional grounds, while what the accused did was deplorable, criminal
prosecution in a civilian court is most likely to fail. Not the least of
which is the jurisdictional issues.

Proceedural righs, Ratboi. Miranda, speedy trial and the list is almost
endless of Constitutional violarions. Not to mention that moving the trial
into a CIVILIAM (criminal) court places the military who took him into
custody and held him, and the CIA who questioned him into defacto law
enforcement officers.It changed the issues from being military (war) to law
enforcement issues by the stroke of Mr. Holder's pen on orders of the White
House. (Obama) Given that from Obama down we have Ivy Leage lawyers who KNOW
that they are doing. You have to see the POLITICS behind all of this, the
mileage they hope to get when the cases are thrown out and ALL the bullshit
they have been saying for the past 8 years about the "CRIMINAL BUSH

I heard that when the Dems badmouthed Fox they alienated
more of the disgruntled mainstream Democrats and the
Independents who watch Fox News. The idea that only

I think the best fix to the health insurance industry would be to allow
people to buy their insurance from whatever company they wanted, instead of
being restricted to their own state.
In 1947 the health industry convinced the gov that they wouldn't need to be
regulated if the people in each state had to buy their ins IN that state.

The fraud was the war itself. Whatever reason you claim, the US turned
