your ISP and web host will already be doing so, it wouldn't hurt to
add yourself into it. Bar your claim being nothing more than another

It's far more likely than not that Ken lied. However, I'll wait
to see if he provides proof or I learn that someone in NW Indiana

yesterday. First factor is this has been going on for more than 2 weeks.
The interesting part is that it seems to be a COINKYDINK that the host for
my websites went down (with a THREAT message BTW telling them to kick me off
or this will keep happening). And my local Roadrunner has been hit several
times too in the SAME period of time, as well as the system for my cable TV.
For the most part there are easy explanations, all but for the ANONYMOUS
e-mail saying it is happening because of me, demanding they throw my
websites off.

where anyone who went to your websites would be infected and you

some warning notices advising him that if he doesn't resolve certain
issues they will drop him from their services.
Like, for example, nonpayment of services, violation of TOS
agreement, abuses online, or possible illegal internet activity.

I thought of the same possibility. Pangborn's finances are shaky
at best, based on all available evidence. As such, it's very
possible, and plausible, that he's already delinquent in his payments.
Ken would rather have people think David is all powerful and
capable of cutting off his access than admit the truth.
Of course, this presumes Ken's claims are anywhere near accurate
and truthful. A precarious presumption to make.
