The two arrogants at our Boston Public Library are the website guy and
the map division guy. They make clear by their manner that they would
rather be taking their time with VIPs than mere BPLusers. Enunciating
that the library is for all is a nifty idea. In practice the
arrogrants look to their most worthy patrons than the dregs of the
public. Compare the BPL website at http://www.bpl.org with the New
York Public Library website at http://www.nypl.org The two arrogants
diminish the great efforts of their colleagues impressing everyone as
if we're all VIPs.
