"A woman will receive all males:
no prick against her lust prevails.
For who could fill his spouse’s spout?
Alone she wears the district out."

I think I went out with this chick once upon a time?

A most interesting article, thank you. Of course, homosexuality has been with us since the Paleolithic (I suspect), but was only mentioned when writing began and the Spartans stared making naughty pots! Ironically, the Catholic church became prejudiced against it for some reason, and although demanding celibacy from its monks, priests and nuns, forced it underground for centuries... until recently.

I am straight myself, but have many gay friends, and really hope to see the end of homophobia in my lifetime. It seems to be an intrinsic part of the human condition, always has been and always will be. And not only humans, sheep, rabbits and goats can be homosexual.... whatever next?

Good grief, no! That's bestiality... but acceptable I suppose amongst rams, bucks and billy goats who prefer rams, bucks and billies to ewes, does and she goats? Each to their own I say - providing it is the same species!
I wonder if lesbianism exists in the animal world? Wouldn't surprise me seeing the way many males behave...

No. They're far too busy cat-fighting over the
available males.
Ahem!

To quote the learned physician from Blackadder II...

"Doesn't bother me, leaves more rampant totty for us real men..." hem hem!
