U.S. authorities are hardly coping keeping out the real bastards;

Let's say for the fun of it that one day he appears out of the blue
and he approaches me asking me to repeat to his face what I've said in
writing. In about five seconds he would hear it all over again, in
my clear unhesitating voice this time. He would have two choices
then, reply with a snappy comeback -- what are the chances of that? --
or try to hit me, which would most likely lead to his arrest, or

populating, would provide to the prosecution the background for a slam-
