I am trying to find out any info on Thomas Alexander Bennett son of
Charles Bennett (mason/builder) and Margurite/Margaret Summons/ Simmens
- This information was on his marriage certificate from Victoria
,Australia where he married an Elizabeth McMurray 1855. Thomas was born
around about 1828 by the age on this cert. in Jamaica, West Indies.
That is all of the information I have.
I am interested to find out where the Bennett Family originated from and
when Thomas might have left Jamaica for Australia and whether he did so
on his own or with family. Any advice would be appreciated.
