Subject: BRADSHAW/CROZIEUR
Hello... new to the list.  Looking for any info on the family of Nathaniel Joseph Bradshaw and Julie A. Crozieur from Kingstown, Saint VIncent.  Children: Sydney, James(may still be on family homestead), Fred, Sylvester and Vivian.
Any ideas on government archive sites would be greatly appreciated, e-mail addresses of the local library or addresses for Bradshaw's in the area in which I could write to would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot!

You can get addresses and phone #s for St. Vincent and other Caribbean countries at http://www.cwdirectory.com/.  For birt/death/marriage certificates, write to the Registrar, Old Court House, Kingstown.  LDS has microfilms of Anglican records from Kingstown prior to 1870.

Hi Georgette & Wayne,

Sorry for the long delay in replying.   You may have received the following info elsewhere.

Suggest you try the web site of another Lister from "down east".

Jim,
The GHC (Généalogie et Histoire de la Caraïbe) page is stilll
there and contains a great deal of useful information, including an
index of names that were cited in past isssues of their bulletin, as
well as information on the towns and parishes in the former colonies,
and surviving parish records, among other things. They can be found at:
http://members.aol.com/ghcaraibe/index.html
I will be looking at more records for Maritinique in a couple of months,
so I can keep my eyes open for the names you mentioned. What town/parish
have you seen them in, and during what time period? How sure are you of
the spellings? I have not seen these names before, they sound more like
a first name than a surname.

All my Caribbean Research pages links to Martinique, Guadeloupe,
Antilles Francaises and France GenWeb seem to have died.
I'm looking for someone who knows Martinique genealogy well, especially
to ask about whether they have heard or seen the name Menifred/Minifred
before... are there any good Martiniquais on this list or can someone
please point me to a good researcher in La Belle Creole (Martinique)?
(Of course, any info as to current online genealogy resources and links
for Martinique, Guadeloupe, Antilles Francaises and/or France GenWeb
would be much appreciated so I can update the pages for others to
share.)
TIA...
