I remember coming across a similar list of citizens of the (British)
Virgin Islands who had sworn loyalty to a later monarch on his
accession. I shall try to trace its location, as I am sure that there
would have been a similar procedure in other colonies.

The Association oath rolls of the British plantations A.D. 1696, being a
contribution to political history; (1922)
The oath of association was drawn up after the discovery of a plot to
assassinate William III, and was signed by Englishmen at home and abroad.
The present volume contains the lists of signers in Barbados, Virginia, New
York, Bermudas, Antigua, Nevis, Montserratt, Antego, St. Christophers, Dort
Rotterdam, The Hague, Malaga, and Geneva
