sergentklassen 1883, Nils Sodahl Fotograf
I have a picture entitled "Sergentklassen 1883" and marked "Nils Sodahl Fotograf". It is a picture of 39 un-named gentlemen in uniform and holding swords. One of which should be my great-grandfather, but I can't even be sure which one. Does anyone know where I would be able to find more information?... more »

Help reading Household examination
The GenLine page is GID: 1119.9.119100 (Näsby, Jönköping, Sweden) and the fifth line down. "[dotter] Annica" but I cannot read what comes afterwards. I can find in Swedish church records that they left Sweden and went to the USA. Usually also the year of emigration. Most, if not all, changed their "surname" or at least gave it an English or... more »
