All the more reason to tread carefully. You're giving them license to bill
your CC whenever they wish, however much they wish. Smells like a week

Which is one of the best reasons to use "virtual card numbers" for
onlinepurchases (if your card company offers it). You can set maximum
$ amount and a time limit (2 months, etc) for the card number used at
each online vendor - to ensure that there are no future automatic
charges.
