Scuyler County IL death records

I am searching for the death record for my 2nd great grandfather Isaac
STEPHEN(S) or STEVEN(S) who was born in Oct 1825 and probably died
prior to 1920 in Schuyler County IL. He lived in Rushville from 1870
until his death. I have located him and his second wife, Elizabeth
Pace, on census records from 1870 through 1900.
If there is any record of his death, I would like to know about it. If
there is any kind of obituary printed or anything that might tell me
where in PA he was born, I would like to know about this too.
