This is my first missing heir case and it still is unsolved. I stare
at it everyday and work it from time to time as the internet
advances. cut and paste this link into your browser

Any suggestions from the forum would be appreciated on this cold case.

And you promise to share the finder's fee with whoever helps you
solve the case, right?

Kathy:

The short answer is yes.

The long answer is that the probate estates were closed with
distributions made back in 2006 and 2007. I am not sure how the
children of Rose, if there are any, could reopen the estates and
take back their portion from the distributees. I would think some
kind of settlement would have to be worked out.

This case remains open on my desk, not for the money, but to bring
closure. This is about solving a cold case that still haunts me. I
would like to learn more about the woman that disappeared from the
radar screen in 1937 and at the time of her father's death in 1954
was given the address of New York City, NY General Delivery. Was she
able to follow her dreams or was resigned to live a life by
circumstance, always wondering about the road not taken? I posted
to the group because I was stumped and if you can profit by it,
that's alright with me.

We can talk offline about it, if you like.
