As I can't read Latin can any kind person out their help me please. The text I
wish to have translated is :

CLIV. Ibid. die Mercurii proxima post easdem Octabas (Nov. 20, 1202), Inter
WLLELMUM FILIUM BUSSEL DE BELLEBI pet., et STEPHANUM FILIUM WALTERI DE
TORP et ALDUSAM, MATREM SUAM, ten., de duabus bov. terrae cum pert. in Torp.
Unde assisa de morte antecessoris etc., scil. quod predictus Wll
elmus remisit et quietum clamavit de se et her. suis predictis Stephano et
Aldusae et eorum her. in perp. totum jus etc. in una bov. terrae et dim. cum
pert. de predictis bov. terrae, quae scil. bov. terree et dim. jacent in campis
de Torp versus orientem. Ita quod prefati Stephanus et Aldusa e
t eorum heredes residuam bov. terroe et dim. cum pert. tenebunt de prefato
Wllelmo et her. suis in perp., per liberum servitiuin duorum solidorum et unius
den. per annum, pro omni servitio (Ibid. No. 8).

[Dated] the same Wednesday after the same octaves (i.e. the week after the
big feast referred to in the charter preceding this one, which was
probably Martinmas [11 November]), between William son of Bussel de
Bellebi, petitioner (?) and Stephen, son of Walter de Torp and Aldusa, his
mother, tenants, concerning two bovates of land with their appurtenances
in Torp:

[In] an assize of mort d'ancestor, the aforesaid Wm. released and
quitclaimed, for himself and his heirs, to the aforesaid Stephen & Alusa
and their heirs in perpetuity, all his right, etc. in 1.5 bovates of land
with their appurtenances (which aforesaid 1.5 bovates lie in the fields to
the East of Torp); such that the aforesaid Stephen & Aldusa and their
heirs will hold the remaining 1.5 bovates of land with its appurtenances
of the aforesaid William and his heirs in perpetuity, in exchange for the
'free service' (i.e. rent not connoting servitude) of 2s./ 1d. per annum.

[This looks like it actually concerns 3 bovates of land, not two as stated
at the beginning of the act.]
