In May 2007, I was interviewed and filmed by ITV-Granada TV (UK) for a
documentary called "Lost Royals", on the subject of illegitimate royal
lines and genealogy. That program is now airing in the US, and will be
shown on KQED (San Francisco) on July 28, 29, 31.

I believe it is about 90 minutes in length. Half of it was filmed at
various locations in England, the other (and last) half in San Francisco
and (my part) at the Larson Family Winery near Sonoma.

It's a light-hearted and pretty amusing documentary, and I hope
sometimes even interesting. Jennie Bond was fun to work with.

So, if you find "lost royals" intriguing, please check it out!

Do you know if it will be shown on any other PBS stations? Or just SF?

Yes, I've heard from various people "back east" who have already seen
it, but I'm afraid I don't know about any other showings than San
Francisco. It seems to be being shown only on public television, though,
so perhaps checking one's local PBS station might be an option.

I just viewed it tonight on the Orange County PBS station. I enjoyed
it. It prompted me to ask some questions about rumored ancestory on my
grandmothers side that I never took to seriously, until now. Yes look
for it on the PBS station in your area.
