Furthermore, I have grown despondent that people really do not care -
as evidenced by nobody answering our call for financial assistance to
help supporting the costs (not the fees) to finish the search of
documentation in the Archives départementales of Calvados.
Sadly, too many people are willing to accept fantasist parentage given
to both Jean Le Gardeur and his wife Jeanne Le Tavernier that can be
found everywhere on the Internet. Not one single original deed to
support these fantasist statements is given on the Internet (as they
are fantasist...), which proves that people do not care at all
whatsoever, or else, they would not have posted these fantasist
parentages. I asked once someone who had done this, why he did it if
he did not have any deed to support what he put on the web, his reply
was that he was protected because he had taken it from another
website. Protected from what? But John, I am afraid we are "vox
clamantis in deserto".
I wish you a happy holiday season.

Yves was one of the original researchers who made the royal gateway
break through for the LeNeufs and he was also instrumental on the
Baillon royal gateway project. He was one of the co-authors of the
Amiot (Longueval) royal gateway and also has published detailed
information on the Daoust and Morel families back in France.

I am confident Yves will make some major breakthroughs on theLeNeuf
family by searching through these original records. I encourage you
to visit theLeNeufproject website athttp://habitant.org/leneuf/index.htm
to learn how you can contribute to this renewed project. I for one
will be following Yves research with great interest and will be
sending him a donation to further his research. Remember, making
claims of illustrious ancestry is easy and cheap; proving it with well
documented research is expensive and time consuming, so please pitch
in and help further this research.
