Armand VIII dit Guillaume, Vicomte de Polignac, married in 1314, died
after 1251 !
Also, there is a mixup in that family.
Armand VII had 2 sons. Guillaume, the main heir, who changed his name
later to Armand VIII. He married 1st Catherine de Bouzols and 2nd
Polie de Poitiers. She made a will in 1346.
Armand, the other son, renamed himself to Guillaume-Beraud, and was
married to Beatrix de Baux.

Armand VIII is Armand V in this book.
Inventaire chronologique et analytique des chartes de la maison de
Baux, Page 285, has the will of Bertrand de Baux, the father of
Beatrix. She is married to Guillaume de Polignac, seigneur de
Randon, which is enough in my opinion to say he was not Armand VIII
who is the vicomte de Polignac.
Genealogics is quoting ES, so maybe a mistake in ES too.
