Where is Brenifka?

X-No-archive: yes Brenifka is the way my father pronounced this shtetl's name, probably in Yidisch, which he had heard for the last time seventy years earlier. Probably located near Rohatyn, now Ukraine. The closest name I see is Baranovka, Ukraine. Any other suggestions on identifying Brenifka? Thanks... more »
