Searching for GG Great Grandfathers Birth

Hi Group

I would like some help to find the birth record of Charles William SMITH born in Dublin 1829.

He married Emily Macdonald in 1856 in the Parish of Holy Trinity Kings Court in the County of York where his occupation is listed as Chief Petty Officer in R.Navy

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
