can someone please help with a definition.

I am looking for the correct definition if someone is to call a male a weto
does it mean white boy, white one or just white? please help clarify

Here are two definitions of weto according to slang.com:

1. weto (javascript:void(0)) (javascript:void(0))

weto means a mexican, latino, hispanic dude that looks like a white boy.
paul wall is a weto haha
its usually not a good thing when people call you a weto when you are
hispanic.

2. Weto (javascript:void(0)) (javascript:void(0))

A Spanish term for a man with naturally Blond hair.
Wetos are most common among Northern Europeans, more so than indigenous
inhabitants of Spain.
