Hi Everybody, I am researching the LECHTE family who come from the
Goettingen, Hannover area. The earliest were working as Foresters for the
VON PLESSE family near Bovenden. I would appreciate any information about
this family, or indeed hearing from anyone who has knowledge of anyone with
this family name as it would appear that they are all related. Thank you in

I would appreciate information on the town of Brettenfeld. The Rummel
family emigrated from this Swabian town in the 1870s. I have been unable
to locate it on modern maps. Is it part of Stuttgart?

Brettenfeld is not a part of Stuttgart. you can find it about 30 km south
east of Bad Mergentheim (about > 100 km noth of Stuttgart)
Wolfgang Naujocks (from Brackenheim, a small village inmidden of wineyard

I have also been told that it is now part of Rot am See. Do you know the
address of the Protestant church or city archives in either Brettenfeld
or Rot am See?
