GEN-DE Nagelschmidt in Hessen - can't read notes in margins

I have posted a query on the Hessen message board at Rootsweb, so far without response:

Can someone help read the notes in the margins? There is something important about Philipp Nagelschmidt, written and signed by the same pastor. The detail portions are magnified in separate attachments.

I am able to read the meat of these churchbook entries, but also need help with the age, written in words, on the 1823 death record of Sophia Stürtz geb. Hitzman. Also, does anyone else read that she is the surviving widow of *Herman* Stürtz? That could be explained only if she was the widow of Heinrich or Johann Heinrich, he died and she married Herman.

Although I cannot read every single word, to me it is clear what the
notes are saying, by the way both mean the same thing.
In the original document there was a misswriting with the given name
"Jakob". So in the document the name "Jacob" has been striken off.
Being an official document, this correction has to be proven and
wittnessed , in this case by the priest Neutzel.
