Would anyone be interested in doing some research for me. The area would be the Obermeier's from the Luebbecke, Westfalen area. I will pay for your time. I do have Obermeier info up to the year ca. 1746.

Obermeier listings for individuals living from 4 to 30 km (2.5 to 18 miles)
from Luebbecke.
Maybe contact with some of these people would get you some history on your
ancestors. It worked for me.

There are other spellings for the name Obermeier,
e.g.
Obermeyer (even one in L�bbecke in 2001!)
Obermaier
Obermayer
etc.??
Many of them are living in more southern parts of Germany (Bavaria
etc.).
