Hi Fellow Listers,
Am wondering if there is SKS in the above area who may be able to tell me if
there is a Catherine (Kate) Martyn/Duage buried in Longreach, I think she
died on 9th December 1893. Her 1st husband apparently went missing from
Norley Station - Thargomindah in 1885 but as the story has been told to me
his body was never found. She supposedly then married Justin Victor Duage in
c1890 a baker of Thargomindah. Can anyone help with other details or
verification of these details. Children of her first marriage were George
John c1867, Rosanna Rebecca ( Hoggett)14-12-1869, Sarah Elizabeth c1871 d:
1882, Charles Wm. c1874 m Rose Conlon, Catherine 12-12-1876 m Arthur Wm.
Foster, Henry Herbert c1879 m Jean Black.
