I am researching this part of my family tree, and any help would be
appreciated.
CHARLES BURGESS -
born, St Nicolas, Warwickshire 3 Jan 1837
married, Sarah Jane Mills, Dunedin, New Zealand
died, Dunedin New Zealand 3 September 1874. Buried at Anderson Bay
Cemetery, Dunedin
Occupation, bricklayer

SARAH ANNE MILLS -
born, Birmingham 1842
died, Benevolent Institute, Dunedin, New Zealand 9th October 1929.
Buried at Anderson Bay Cemetery, Dunedin
Lived at 4 Driver St, Dunedin New Zealand

The family emigrated out from England on the sailing ship DOVER CASTLE,
leaving London 30th June 1873 and arrived in Port Chalmers New Zealand 9
October 1873. At that time Charles was aged 34, Sarah was aged 31, and the
children were ages as follows: Annie (11 years), Charlotte (7 years),
(Charles 5 years), Clara (2 years).
The family is listed as originating from Warwickshire.
