(Announce - GENANZ-L) Index mode now available

Following the recent and successful move of the Eworld genealogy mailing
lists to RootsWeb, we are adding a new feature to the mailing list GENANZ
that partners the newsgroup soc.genealogy.australia+nz
An INDEX mode has been added. This mode allows readers to receive a daily
listing of posts to the the list and newsgroup. Included in the index
is the subject title, the author, the no. of lines in the post and the
retrieval details and instructions.
An index mode reinforces how we really all MUST use descriptive subject
headings, otherwise people may just miss that important message.
To subscribe to the index mode send mail -
To: GENANZ-I...@apple.rootsweb.com

Turn your signature OFF. The mail server can be intolerant of .SIGs
If you already receive GENANZ in some form or other you may wish to
unsubscribe from that list.
