Van Bakel information sought
John Wekking
Wekking who immigrated to New Zealand from the Netherlands in the early 1950
's. I have recently become interested in Genealogy and am busy trying to
fill in the family tree, which is why I am contacting you. I found you email
address on the Internet.
I am looking for descendants of my Great Aunt Elizabeth Van Rooy who married
a Peter Van Bakel in the early 1900's or so. They had three children I know
of Wim, Nelly & Pete. Judging from the children's names, I imagine they were
born in the Netherlands. I am guessing, but these may be either your parents
or Grandparents.
Can you please assist me in this quest. I am quite prepared to hand over any
information I have on my ancestors in electronic form. I use Brothers Keeper
genealogy program which can export files to any other genealogy program in
GEDCOM format.
