Hey anyone successfully conducted a mass mailing?
I have attempted to do a mailing to all Matthews in Carthage, NC (28 out of
a population of 2000) to see if I can find any descendants of Jerry Matthews
and Kate Cheeks. A Jerry and Kate Mathews appeared on the 1880 census for
Carthage Township.
I am interested to find out if anyone has attempted this and how successful
they were.
I would appreciate your comments.

Have you thought of maybe a letter to the editor of the newspaper? This
would be a lot less expensive. :-) You could even ask if you could insert
an 'article' on it. Hope this helps.
