Intelligent leaders typically will carefully consider all issues
when making decisions on important topics. This naturally may draw out
the decision making process. Less capable people will often make snap
judgements, ignore the advice of those who know better, refuse to
reconsider their decisions, and make wild accusations against those who
disagree with them. While it is inaccurate to refer to the first
process at "flip flop", it is indeed accurate to call the latter process
"just plain flop".
Just as people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones,
frat boys from cow country shouldn't accuse their opponents of being a
"flip flop".
