'Wilhelm Canaris, born January 1, 1887, in Aplerbeck, Germany, was
celebrated as a war hero during the First World War for his exploits
as a submarine captain, and for being a highly successful naval
attache.
'Having become an Admiral in the German Navy, Canaris was appointed
to head the 'Abwehr,' the German Military Intelligence, in 1935.
'In 1938, he made efforts to hinder Hitler from attacking
Czechoslovakia and later he played an active role as a peace keeper.
'Canaris personally went to Franco and told him not to allow passage
to the Germans for the purpose of capturing Gibraltar. Canaris was
directly involved in the 1938 and 1939 coup attempts.
'Admiral Canaris was an eye-witness to the killing of civilians in
Poland: At Bedzin, SS troops pushed 200 Jews into a synagogue and
then set it aflame. They all burned to death. Canaris was shocked.
'On 10 September, 1939, he had traveled to the front, to watch the
German Army in action. Wherever he went, his Intelligence officers
told him of a massacre orgy. Two days later, he went to Hitler's
headquarters train, the Amerika, in Upper Silesia, to protest.
'He first saw General Wilhelm Keitel, Chief of the Armed Forces High
Command. "I have information," Canaris told Keitel, "that mass
executions are being planned in Poland and that members of the
Polish nobility and the clergy have been singled out for
extermination."
'Canaris told Keitel "The world will one day hold the Wehrmacht
(the German Army) responsible for these methods, since these things
are taking place under its nose". But Keitel urged Canaris to take
the matter no further (and refused to bring Canaris with the matter
before Hitler).
'Soon the Vatican began to receive regular, detailed reports of Nazi
atrocities in Poland. The information had been gathered by agents of
the Abwehr by order of Canaris, who passed them on to Dr. Josef
Muller, a devout Catholic and a leading figure in the Catholic
resistance to Hitler. And Muller got the reports safely to Rome.
'Canaris sent another of his colleagues, Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer,
on a flight to Sweden to meet secretly with Bishop Bell of Chichester
(England).
Bonhoeffer told Bishop Bell of the crimes the German nation was
committing, and assured Bishop Bell of growing resistance in Germany
to such acts.
'In March 1943, Canaris personally flew to Smolensk to plan Hitler's
assassination with conspirators on the staff of Army Group Center.
'The Nuremburg Trials revealed Canaris' strenuous efforts in trying to
put a stop to the crimes of war and genocide committed in Russia by
Reinhard Heydrich's Einsatzgruppen forces.
It was also revealed, that Canaris prevented the killing of captured
French officers in Tunisia just as he saved hundreds of Jews during
the war. In one instance, he saved seven Jews from being sent to a
concentration camp and certain death by going personally to Himmler,
complaining that his Gestapo was arresting his agents. The seven were
turned over to the 'Abwehr' and taught a few codes (to pretend they
were working for German Intelligence), then smuggled out of Germany.
'And Admiral Canaris, for instance, pointed up the Swiss will of
resistance, and Switzerland's economic strength and geographic
advantages in defending itself: It was due to the views of Canaris,
that Hitler gave up his plans to incorporate Switzerland into his
"New Europe."
Shortly before Canaris left office, he paid a visit to Bern
(Switzerland), where he expressed to the German Ambassador his
satisfaction about the success of their reports.'
'Canaris appointed his friend, the anti-Nazi Hans Oster, to be number
two in the Abwehr agency. From this post, Oster contacted enemies
(opponents) of the German regime and communicated with them and
protected them, by disguising them as 'Abwehr' agents.
'The most important of these, were Hans Von Dohnanyi, the catholic
lawyer Joseph Muller, and the protestant priest Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
'Oster created an anti-Nazi hierarchy within the Abwehr, and soon he
coordinated all of the resistance within the military. He used the
Abwehr to save people from the Gestapo, to cover resistance actions,
to help Jews escape from Germany, and to communicate between the
different circles of the resistance.
'All of his actions were approved by Admiral Canaris. The commander
in chief of the Abwehr supported the resistance, although he claimed
that he was too old to take an active part.
'Admiral Canaris, along with his second-in-command, Hans Oster,
actually helped the Allies, from being in the position of overseeing
all German military espionage, counterespionage, and sabotage.
'Canaris was revealing almost all of the important German strategy and
battle plans to the Allies - from Hitler's impending Western
offensive against the Netherlands, and against France, to Hitler's
plan to invade Britain.
He also misled Hitler into believing that the Allies would not land
at Anzio (Italy) in January 1944.'
'In January 1943, Canaris made contact with Commander George H. Earle,
the former governor of Pennsylvania (USA), now Roosevelt's personal
representative for the Balkans, stationed in Istanbul (Turkey):
'One morning there was a knock on Earle's hotel room door and there
stood - in civilian clothes - Admiral Wilhelm Canaris. The head of
the German Army's Secret Service told Earle, there were many sensible
German people feeling that Hitler was leading their nation down the
path of destruction.
'ADMIRAL CANARIS CONTINUED, SAYING THAT AN HONORABLE SURRENDER OF THE
GERMAN ARMY TO THE AMERICAN FORCES COULD BE ARRANGED.
'Governor Earle was convinced of the sincerity of Admiral Canaris and
then prepared and sent a most urgent message to Roosevelt in
Washington, not only via the diplomatic pouch but through Army-Navy
channels this time, to make sure the important message got through to
US President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and requesting a prompt reply.
'A month later, Canaris phoned, as had been agreed, but Earle could
only say "I am waiting for news, but have none today."
'In the summer of 1943 Canaris met secretly with General Stuart
Menzies, Chief of British Intelligence, and William J. Donovan, head
of the Office of Strategic Services (the OSS, the American Military
Intelligence), at Santander, Spain.
Canaris presented Menzies and Donovan with his peace plan: a cease
fire in the West, Hitler to be eliminated or handed over, and
continuation of the War in the East.
'But, though Donovan, Menzies and Canaris reached an agreement on the
basis of Canaris' proposal, the American President, Franklin D.
Roosevelt flatly declined to negotiate with 'these East German
Junkers' (the German Army officers), and called his presumptuous
OSS chief to heel [US President Roosevelt treated Donovan as one
would treat his dog]. Canaris' peace offer was rejected ...'

Contrary to the motto spread about Franklin D. Roosevelt, that "he was
such a good listener," he did NOT want to listen - AND he was hiding,
then, that it was he who refused to listen.
Instead, being the American president at that time, Franklin D.
Roosevelt
- in violation of the First International Law, *(1) and not
wanting to know about the existence of Criminal Minds *(2)
let alone treating them correctly, he -
made peace with the easily-recognized and wholly proven Criminal
Mind, the Russian dictator and mass-murderer Joseph Stalin.
Thus, Franklin Roosevelt was creating, and leading us into the start
of FORTY-FIVE YEARS OF ANOTHER WAR, the 'cold war' and the 'iron
curtain'
not only leading to endless suffering, and the death of millions
upon millions at the hands of STALIN IN RUSSIA, MAO IN CHINA,
HO CHI MINH IN VIETNAM, AND POL POT IN CAMBODIA, AND KIM IL SUNG
IN KOREA,
but also including the development of the Hydrogen bomb, and
endless trillions of dollars, NOT into building a civilization,
but
put into defending against and trying to detect the various
military efforts of the Russians, and later also of the
Chinese, the Vietnamese and the Koreans, and
NOT into detecting Criminal Minds, NOT into exposing the
mentioned Criminal Minds - exposing them TO THEIR OWN
PEOPLE and to the community of nations,
but instead, treating these as "heads of state,"
"as if these Criminal Minds are representing the will
of the people and of their military..." *(3)
And even putting America itself into the hands of
two obvious Criminal Minds whose doctrine it is that
"everyone is evil:"
Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger.
So, as nobody had any solution to war at all,
other than the "solution" of either physical slavery resulting
from or resulting in mental domination, spiritual blindness,
enforced euphoria, and psychotropic drugs or other forms of
torture,
and, as it all was and still is a matter of chance, whether some
head of state is chosen who is, or who is not a Criminal Mind, not
a man-hater and Criminal Psychopath, not a monster, but
someone who has the intuition,
and who - also during his political career towards
presidency - kept his decency uncorrupted,
an intuition and decency that is necessary to see, and
then also must be actually used by them, to see and
then also to act upon that decency and observation,
when other heads of state
- such as recently Sadam Hussein, and Yasser Arafat, and
now still Jacques Chirac and Hu Jintao -
show themselves to be destructive psychotics *(4) at best, or to
be actual Criminal Minds, *(2)
when you are then
in the face of that and out of responsibility not only for
your own people but also for THEIR people,
having the ability of retaining the decency and responsibility
necessary, then also
to TREAT Criminal Minds - ALSO when these are heads of states
such as of France or of China or of Belarus or of Libya, etc. -
to treat them as what they are:
Criminal Minds who can not possibly be representing their
people
even if they are holding that office and direct its
money to a large or lesser extent, and have the
capacity of ordering certain actions,
so I worked, in this life time, to find out enough about these
Criminal Minds and about life,
enough, meaning ENDLESSLY MORE than any social or spiritual
science or esoteric knowledge had to offer,
to finally be able to understand and predict Criminal Minds and the
Destructive Cowards who protect an hide these, and
to teach you how to detect Criminal Minds, to teach you how to
understand them, and to teach you how to treat Criminal Minds,
all of which was not known at all (the wiser they claimed to be,
the less they knew of truth), it was not known by anybody at all,
and all professions that one would expect to know, REFUSED to
even define the very basics from which to work. *(5)
This work I did and in the end I published the Human Rights Issues
{HRI}, which I wrote for you.
With this, you can conquer war itself, because for the first time you
will not be deceived into fighting your friends, but you will be
fighting only enemies, and
and not "another group or another nation or another race or
another religion", but
Criminals only, and some of their assistants.
