Should the DOJ beegin proceedings to revoke your US citizenship?
There may be other reasons for such a revocation, too:

Johnny boya, the DoJ needs to begin proceedings to deport _you_, since
you are in violation of the terms of your residency in the United
States. You have promoted disharmony among the races, incited hatred for
certain religions, and encouraged and distributed material for
secessionist movements in the US. You are, in fact, a criminal.

Atanu would be doing a great deed for India and the rest of the world
if he kills the Afro headed stinking homosexual pedophile.

Sathya Sai Baba (who is now popularly referred to as Asathya meaning
Untrue sai baba), is not a holy man at all. He is a cheat and a
scoundrel. See below.

After a 1 hour documentary on Danish TV, aptly titled "Seduced", which
shows how sathya sai baba performs "magic tricks", a leading member of
the sai baba organisation in Denmark, Jorgen Trygved, admitted on
national TV, live, that sai baba has indeed fondled genitals of young
males.

There is UNESCO which had discontinued links to sai baba because of
charges of pedophilia.

The US Govt. has a travel warning against this Afro headed creep:
http://travel.state.gov/india.html scroll down to Andhra Pradesh. He
is the only "prominent local religious leader" in the state.

What more do you want? Well, see the 1 hour documentary by the Danish
TV and you will know for sure. Clips available at some URL's mentioned

Is he a homosexual pedophile? What is the evidence?

Here is a Sai Baba web site:

In any event, you are supporting/conspiring/plotting
to commit an assassination -- what do you think that
the authorities in Germany from where you are posting
your posts will do to you? US and German governments
are working together to fight terrorism.

Exposed: MOTIVE OF ATANU DEY, WOULD-BE MURDERER OF HINDU LEADER

Atanu Dey has already committed a crime by publishing a
threat [See footnotes 1 and 2] to murder Hindu of the
Year Satya Sai Baba [See footnote 2], but he has now
published the motive -- a dream of any prosecutor given
the task of bringing such criminals to justice. The
threat and motive have been established by the would-be
killer himself, who likely now awaits the opportunity to
execute his plan to kill the Hindu leader.

The following post by Dey is located at

[
[ As this is off-topic, I apologize for the spam and
[ suggest that you read no further if you don't wish to
[ discuss Sai Baba.
[ END OF DISCLAIMER
[
[ Sorry for having made that reference to Sai Baba. I
[ have a gut reaction to Sai Baba and others like him
[ that I cannot fully explain. But inability to explain
[ is not synonymous with irrationality necessarily.
[
[ Some years ago, I found myself at Shirdi with my
[ sister and my younger brother. They find going to
[ Shirdi very rewarding. I could not for the life of me
[ understand what it was that drew them there.
[
[ Close to where we parked was a huge billboard. On it
[ was an exhortation to the devotees to donate
[ generously. It said that giving to Sai Baba is like
[ winning a lottery or depositing money in a bank that
[ you can perpetually withdraw from--all because of the
[ generosity and love of the Sai.
[
[ Ah so, I said to myself. Cool. All I have to do is to
[ give a fat donation and I can be sure that the stuff
[ will come rolling in. All my life I had been laboring
[ under the misconception that hard work pays dividends.
[ But evidently there are quicker ways to health, wealth,
[ and happiness--devotion to someone who in some
[ mysterious ways makes it all good. The idea of god as
[ father is very appealing because it takes us back to
[ our childhood when we felt loved and cared for by our
[ parents. Now that we have either lost our parents or
[ having learnt that they are not omnipotent, we
[ desperately need a substitute to help us maintain the
[ illusion of a world that cooperates and delivers the
[ goodies that we want.
[
[ Walking along I came across a well-garlanded Maruti
[ Esteem. It was the year that Maruti had introduced this
[ 'upscale' model and evidently the proud owner had
[ brought it along to get it blessed by the Baba. Aarti
[ was being done to the car as we passed it. I see
[ nothing wrong with attachment to cars. It can be as
[ much an object of your devotion as anything else on
[ earth, material or immaterial. Even the idea of
[ worshipping the Baba is quite alright. My puzzlement
[ was regarding what it was that the devotees were so
[ worshipful of the Baba for.
[
[ I looked around and did read the sayings of the Baba
[ prominently displayed. I expect that given limited
[ space, they would have selected the most significant
[ contributions of the Baba to the question of the human
[ condition. What I found was trite homilies about the
[ need to love god, and be good. Sure, it does not take a
[ nuclear physicist to appreciate the importance of being
[ good. Any half-wit should know that by the time puberty
[ is reached. What is it that distinguished the Baba from
[ the average moral human trying to make a living in a
[ world that is clearly not fully evolved? It was a
[ puzzle and I still don't have an answer.
[
[ My tentative answer is this: people worship the Baba
[ because other people worship the Baba. Popularity is
[ endogenous, being famous is what makes one famous. Herd
[ behaviour is another name for it. As it is hard to
[ figure out who one should worship, it is best to go
[ along with worshipping someone who is already being
[ worshipped by a multitude. The feeling is that there
[ must be something interesting out there even if I can't
[ yet see what it is that others are seeing. If a bunch
[ of people were to stop and look up and point to a
[ certain spot in the sky, others walking by would also
[ stop and gather around. Given the right conditions, the
[ crowd will grow by its own given enough people who have
[ no particular rush to get anywhere in a hurry.
[
[ Why do some people become famous and not others? Why
[ did the Jesus cult become so successful while scores of
[ others who also declared themselves messiahs did not?
[ Why does a fashion of wearing baseball caps backward
[ take hold and some other equally repulsive idea not see
[ the light of the day? Luck of the draw, I suppose.
[ Chaotic systems. The nucleus around which vapor
[ condenses is a random bit of dust to give rise to a
[ drop of rain.
[
[ In any event, I still have not explained why I am not
[ neutral to the idea of Sai Baba. I believe it is this:
[ they ask people to believe in concepts that are
[ ultimately socially harmful. People are susceptible to
[ suggestions that say that believe and you will receive.
[ Worship is seen as a substitute for work. Even worse,
[ worship is seen as a substitute for misdeeds. Pious
[ people with too much black money make frequent trips to
[ Tirupati and Shirdi to give back a small percentage of
[ their ill-gotten gains, secure in their belief that Sai
[ will protect them from the any ill-effects of their
[ sins.
[

Intuition is fun. I happened to scan this newsgroup
tonight, and am delighted to find this subject heading.
(I rarely come across the name Sai Baba on the Net.) I
offer thanks to Linda Nelson, Atanu Dey, and Gerald Huber
for establishing this thread about him. They have made
straight the way, allowing me a rare opportunity to talk
about him on this newsgroup. Thanks to Linda who asked
for data about Sai Baba; to Atanu who suggested me as a
contact [thanks, Atanu!]; and to Gerald who reposted two
reprints about the Baba.

Linda implied it was somewhat difficult to obtain data
about Sathya Sai Baba. If she likes, I can help out with
places to find data on him, starting with Lexis/Nexis (1
800 543 6862), and the public library of most major
cities. Finding the data is not a problem: the hard part
is finding UNbiased info about him. That may be because
the Swami requests his friends not to publicise him, nor
evangelize in any wise, nor even praise him in public,
and never to defend him. He suggests folks who
appreciate him do well to simply not discuss him with the
curious or with doubters- and as a result most of what
one hears about him is from those who are curious or
critical of him.

Wherever I hear him discussed, I strive to discern who
has facts and who posts fancy. Thus from long
observation, I've noticed that hyperbole runs loud in
both camps, pro and con, and if I join a conversation, I
try to discern, point out, and offer what is fact
distinct from fancy. (There are some conversations ya
know that consist of no fact, no sincere inquiry, and
those I usually do not attend.) Linda seems quite sincere
in her quest, and two gentelmen have joined her, so I
speak up now. I hope all agree that discerning fact from
fancy is best when illuminating, but not fiery. I trust
that all readers are eager to learn and share what's real
without toasting anyone for it.

Getting real, I've found that most folks who exaggerate
about the Baba, praising or panning, are those who
haven't met him. I also find that more often than not,
the loudest critics, as a rule, have never talked
privately with him. For example, Atanu Dey suggested at
soc.culture. indian that a bullet in the head was the
best thing for the Baba; in discussion with him I
discovered Dey had never met the man, but apparently
Atanu thought shooting him an apt hello. Later at
alt.buddha.short.fat. guy, Dey advised his trigger
finger itched because he had heard the Baba was a faggot.

Soon after our conversation ended as Dey withdrew from
both newsgroups.

Atanu is not alone in his disgust with the Baba he has
not met. Among published critics there are precious few
who have ever even seen Sathya Sai Baba, fewer still who
have met with him privately, or even at close quarters,
and among those few, Tal Brooke, a born-again Christian
author, is best known. Before he was saved, praise God,
Tal lived in India in the Swami's isolated ashram, and
speaks of his direct experience with the Baba at length
in three novel exposees (as well as on Christian tv shows
like TBN and the 700 Club). His is by far the most exact
critique about the Swami, and his statements deserve the
attention of any who long for a first-hand report that is
scathing in its denunciations, allegations, and
observations. Tal reveals that not only is the Baba a
sinister homosexual child molester, but also Satan
incarnate. Tal says so again and again, and is convinced
of that because, says Tal, the fellow does do miracles,
raises the dead and so on, but only as Beelzebub, only as
the Dark One, The Anti-Christ.

Tal says he himself was once the chief and best disciple
of the Baba, the man chosen to be the new Saint Paul who
would preach Sai-inanity to the west. Tal does not say
he left the Baba, very angry, when he was not so chosen,
but five of the people with him at the time do say so. In
his book Tal says he left only because Jesus came and
saved him. Apparently Tal had not been listening when the
Swami repeatedly said (and still says) he wants no Pauls,
no evangelists, no preachers, none, zip. But at least
Tal speaks of his own experience, as he recalls it.
Almost every other critic in print bases his or her views
instead on nothing but hearsay and rumour. Few detail any
direct experience of their own, no documented facts, nor
dates, nor witnesses, nor proof. That is why I say
hyperbole seems to show up in both sides of the
discussion regarding the Baba. For example, in her post,
Linda suggested that Sai "claims 50 million devotees
worldwide." That sounds to me like hyperbole. Where did
Linda hear that? It's no small number of persons, and I
wonder where those 50 millions hang out. I urge Linda to
reveal the source of exactly where the Baba made that
'claim'. (Did she hear him say that via a cassette, or a
film, or a novel, or a newspaper, a tv show, or in
person- how?) Where did she hear him say it?
I ask for specifics because I find rumour and innuendo
tend to vanish when due specificity is applied. (I am not
saying Linda is exaggerating; I am asking for specifics,
only. If she is right I will add the data accordingly; if
she is in error, all can learn from that as well.)

Linda advises that as far as she can find out, the Swami
does little more than perform elementary
prestidigitation, producing candy and trinkets out of
thin air while the gullible watch in admiration. Gerald
concurs, saying 'exactly.'

How do they know? Again I ask Linda (and Gerald) to be
exact in detailing their data. How do they know what he
does, and how do they know the folks who see him are so
naive as to believe he is really doing miracles? There
are certainly tricksters about, (David Copperfield is
quite entertaining,) and there are gullible folks as
well, but I ask for specifics from Linda and Gerald so I
can determine clearly if I am in some wise now being
tricked or taken for gullible myself.

Both Linda, and Gerald, are asked to please offer some
facts. The more specificity, the better.

To that end is perhaps why Gerald posted two chestnuts:
one somewhat over-served article from Dale Beyerstein,
(an article which is not by Dale at all; it is a verbatim
quote from a book by John Hislop, a man yet alive by the
way and still writing books) and the other the threadbare
reprint of excerpted minutes from a suit of B. Premanand,
entitled 'Satya Sai Baba and the Gold Control Act' which
was laughed out of court and the Indian newspapers some
many years back. (The story told by the taxmen who went
to search the house of the Baba is far more entertaining
than the lawsuit.)

Another interesting read just about the same year as the
lawsuit is from BLITZ, the Indian equivalent of the
National Enquirer. The editor of that rag blasted the
Baba on the front pages for months; issue after issue he
ran various challenges and exposees. He finally went to
meet the man himself, to show the Swami up as a con man.
He was called in by the Baba for an interview, and on his
return, the editor wrote in detail of his experiences
with the Baba, again on the front page, and again for
many issues. This time however, the reports were not a
challenge to the Baba, but to the readers. The headlines
went something like:

GOD IS AN INDIAN.
HIS NAME IS SATHYA SAI BABA.
GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!

BLITZ always specialized in weird headlines.

Should Linda, or any reader wish to find precise data on
the Swami, be advised there is thus far no central body
keeping all published accounts, but finding material is
not all that difficult, for in the matter of Sathya Sai
Baba, a 70 year old man living yet in the village of his
birth, there are now more than three hundred books,
nearly two thousand major press articles, 67 films,
several governmentally funded televsion shows (UK, Japan,
Netherlands, Thailand), and a lot of talk. I know cuz
I've come across all those in the past 22 years, and
surely there must be much more. Of the records I have
studied first hand, there are some dozen which are
critical to a point of hostility. Of those, only one is
written by an eyewitness who spent more than a short time
with the Baba. The rest are, to my mind, interesting
speculations, but hardly scientific studies, rarely even
sincere investigations. There are also a great many books
and articles that are mostly hagiographic hyperbole.

I have investigated the Swami closely, and watched him at
first hand over many years in varied conditions and
environments. I nose what I nose. In that state of mind,
I have no desire to prove anything to you, nor to
disprove anything. I am just speaking my peace here, and
moving on. Should you wish further discussion regarding
the person or teaching of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, you are
welcome to attend soc.culture.indian in the thread

TRIBUTE

Sai: Hindu of Year
Receives 1996 "Hindu Renaissance Award"

With 1,638 centers in 137 countries, Satya Sai Baba
guides the largest Hindu organization in the world today.
Most Hindus remain unaware of the depth and breadth of
his extensive worldwide programs spreading the ancient
Vedic teachings. Hinduism Today bestowed its 1996 Hindu
Renaissance Award upon this remarkable 70-year-old saint
for his 56 years of service. The award carries a "Hindu
of the Year" bronze plaque and a nominal honorarium of
rs51,000.

Since 1990 Hinduism Today has yearly honored one saint
who has impacted the faith and spread its vastness,
compassion and profundity. Dharma's renaissance leaders
have been: Swami Paramananda Bharati ('90), Swami
Chidananda Saraswati ('91), Swami Chinmayananda ('92),
Mata Amritanandamayi ('93), Swami Satchidananda ('94) and
Pramukhswami Maharaj ('95).

Satya Sai Baba's far-reaching activities encompass
children's education, temple development, support of
sadhus and Vedic scholars, medicine and rural
development. His first outreach remains the one for which
he is best known-bhajana-begun in 1940 when he was 14
years old. Today Sai's followers are regarded as masters
of devotional music. There is minimal organizational
clutter in the thousands of local Sai groups. Followers
are of all faiths and propound a staunch universalism.
They collect no money and focus on discipline and purity
of purpose. Devotees come together weekly to sing,
returning home without engaging in socializing, gossip or
politics. Bhajanas are sung in traditional languages, but
also in local languages so all can participate.

Sai's Education in Human Values children's course is
taught in schools in 100 countries. With a strong
religious orientation, it expounds five qualities: truth
(satya), righteousness (dharma), peace (shanti), love
(prema) and nonviolence (ahimsa). EHV rejects the rote
learning, so often thought sufficient for education,
emphasizing Indian techniques-silent sitting, quotation,
storytelling, song and group activities.

Sai Baba firmly advocates vegetarianism, stating, "Meat
furthers the demonic qualities in you." Ahead of many in
the world, he is very clear on the relationship between
poor diet and poor health, and the impact of chemical
farming methods in reducing the quality of the food
grown. His us$18 million Puttaparthi heart hospital is
just the latest in a vast spectrum of free medical
services which include even major heart and brain
surgery. He condemns doctors who profit from illness and
advocates the principles of traditional ayurveda. He has
endeared himself to villagers by offering veterinarian
facilities which have prevented crippling diseases among
cattle. His 1995 project brought safe drinking water to
800 villages through pipes and tube wells. Followers
revere Sai Baba as Avatar, an incarnation of God. In
1976, he told Blitz magazine, "The present avatar [Sai]
has come invested with the totality of cosmic power to
save dharma from anti-dharma." Regarding his powers, he
said in the same interview, "I can cure, save, even
resurrect people, provided they are in a spiritually
receptive mood. Whatever I will, instantly materializes."
Indeed, millions profess to seeing him manifest physical
objects. This inspires intense faith among devotees. Sai
submits, "Miracles belong to the boundless power of God."

Perhaps Sai Baba's least appreciated power lies in his
preaching. Twice each day he lectures articulately in
Telegu to ample crowds, explaining with trenchant insight
every aspect of Hinduism. A devotee said he understood
God to be within us all. Baba corrected, "Not exactly.
Think of it this way: you are like a fish swimming in the
divine ocean that is God. God is above you, below you,
inside and out." Omega

-From a Simple Village Life to World Acclaim as Divinity
Incarnate 1918: Shirdi Sai Baba, proponent of Hindu-
Muslim harmony, dies, prophesying he will reincarnate in
eight years.

1926: Sathyanarayana Raju is born on November 23rd in the
remote village of Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, India.

1940: Satya Sai Baba tells family, "My devotees are
waiting for me." Leaves home, begins bhajana movement.

1944:Devotees create ashrama near Sai's home. It is
Prasanthi Nilayam, "abode of supreme peace."

1957: Sai's all-India tour attracts widespread attention.
Ashrama is inundated with sadhus, shastris and students.

1965: Begins colleges which are now a major free
university. Promotes all-India Bal Vihar children's
program.

1968: First International Sai Conference, implementation
of the Education in Human Values program for schools.

1991: Opens free Sri Satya Sai Baba Institute of Medical
Sciences on 150-acre campus. Promotes ayurveda system.

1995: Millions, including the Prime Minister of India,
attend 70th birthday celebrations in Andhra Pradesh.

Let me clarify:

The fact that he is a cheap trickster and that he does not perform
"miracles" is evident. The evidence is there in the video tapes on the
links given in the original post. This, in itself, is a big eye opener
on the credibility of the Afro headed idiot.

The fact that his abusive behaviour has been written in various media,
the fact that the US Govt., the UNESCO and various other leading
organisations have acknowledged Asathya sai baba's paedophile
activities is proof enough. The Indian authorities, for various
reasons, do not want to acknowledge this.

Leading official persons from Asathya sai baba's own organisation have
acknowledged that sai baba has rubbed oil on the genitals of young
males to arouse their "kundalini". The fact remains that kundalini has
nothing to do with rubbing oil on the private parts. The fact also
remains that sai baba prefers to arouse the kundalini of only young
and good looking boys, something that official members of his CULT
have acknowledged.

If you want more proof, if you have a young good looking son or if you
are a young good looking boy (he prefers boys under 28 or so), you
could just pay him a visit, seek an "interview" and you will have all
the proof that you need and maybe want.

Talking of, or even plotting, a killing of this creep, is a big
humanitarian gesture. period.

Does he claim to perfoem miracles? If so, when and where
has he done so.

Back to the point, do you support Atanu Dey in his
threat to assassinate Sai Baba?

What evidence is there to support your claims?

[
[ Intuition is fun. I happened to scan this newsgroup

[ (I rarely come across the name Sai Baba on the Net.) I
[ offer thanks to Linda Nelson, Atanu Dey, and Gerald Huber
[ for establishing this thread about him. They have made
[ straight the way, allowing me a rare opportunity to talk
[ about him on this newsgroup. Thanks to Linda who asked
[ for data about Sai Baba; to Atanu who suggested me as a
[ contact [thanks, Atanu!]; and to Gerald who reposted two
[ reprints about the Baba.
[
[ Linda implied it was somewhat difficult to obtain data
[ about Sathya Sai Baba. If she likes, I can help out with
[ places to find data on him, starting with Lexis/Nexis (1
[ 800 543 6862), and the public library of most major
[ cities.
[
[ Finding the data is not a problem: the hard part is
[ finding UNbiased info about him. That may be because the
[ Swami requests his friends not to publicise him, nor
[ evangelize in any wise, nor even praise him in public,
[ and never to defend him. He suggests folks who appreciate
[ him do well to simply not discuss him with the curious or

[ with doubters - and as a result most of what one hears

[ about him is from those who are curious or critical of
[ him.
[
[ Wherever I hear him discussed, I strive to discern who
[ has facts and who posts fancy. Thus from long
[ observation, I've noticed that hyperbole runs loud in
[ both camps, pro and con, and if I join a conversation, I
[ try to discern, point out, and offer what is fact
[ distinct from fancy. (There are some conversations ya
[ know that consist of no fact, no sincere inquiry, and
[ those I usually do not attend.) Linda seems quite sincere

[ in her quest, and two gentlemen have joined her, so I

[ speak up now. I hope all agree that discerning fact from
[ fancy is best when illuminating, but not fiery. I trust
[ that all readers are eager to learn and share what's real
[ without toasting anyone for it.
[
[ Getting real, I've found that most folks who exaggerate
[ about the Baba, praising or panning, are those who
[ haven't met him. I also find that more often than not,
[ the loudest critics, as a rule, have never talked
[ privately with him.
[
[ For example, Atanu Dey suggested at soc.culture.indian

[ that a bullet in the head was the best thing for the

[ Baba; in discussion with him I discovered Dey had never
[ met the man, but apparently Atanu thought shooting him an

[ apt hello. Later at alt.buddha.short.fat.guy, Dey advised

[ his trigger finger itched because he had heard the Baba
[ was a faggot. Soon after our conversation ended as Dey
[ withdrew from both newsgroups.
[
[ Atanu is not alone in his disgust with the Baba he has
[ not met. Among published critics there are precious few
[ who have ever even seen Sathya Sai Baba, fewer still who
[ have met with him privately, or even at close quarters,
[ and among those few, Tal Brooke, a born-again Christian
[ author, is best known.
[
[ Before he was saved, praise God, Tal lived in India in

Assassins Attack on Satya Sai Baba Fails

Global Dharm
Hinduism Today
September 1993

After the assassination attempt on Pope John Paul in
which he was seriously wounded, the pope acquiesced to
standing behind a special bullet-proof glass shield in
his Vatican touring jeep. But Satya Sai Baba -- one of
India's most popular gurus -- strolled about his
Puttaparthi, South India, ashram with studied non-
chalance the morning after a night time assassination
raid on his home June 6th. Satya Sai Baba was untouched
in a bloody melee when four ashram college students tried
to gain access to the sleeping guru at 10:30 pm by
telling his aides they had an urgent message to deliver.
When denied entry, the four men flashed knives and short
swords, attacking and killing two of Satya Sai Baba's
aides -- including his closest personal assistant -- who
heroically held them off long enough for two other
wounded ashram officials to call the police. The
assassins barricaded themselves in a room on the 2nd
floor -- the same floor Satya Sai Baba was on. The police
broke in, scattered the assailants and eventually shot
all four dead in a chase.

Satya Sai Baba had no comment on the bizarre tragedy
which blackened with mystery as an investigation lurched
into motion three days after the attack. As of this
publishing date, it is still not clear exactly what
happened that night -- there are multiple versions. As to
the motive, several speculations circulated, ranging from
religious politics related to the Ayodhya crisis to
infighting between two ashram management groups. The four
dead assailants were members of Satya Sai Baba's ashram
and attended or graduated from his Institute of Higher
Learning. Two days after the thwarted assassination
attempt, land mine-type devices were found at an ashram
college facility. Two other men, believed to be linked
with the murder attempt and the mines, are at large. With
the killing of the four attackers, the police lost their
witnesses as to motive and conspiracy. The police
involved are being investigated by the government Central
Intelligence Division -- assisting in the assassination
investigation -- for excessive use of force.

Dr. "Jai Maharaj",

For some months, i have been following some of your posts and i
respect your views and opinions on Hinduism. But here, with Asathya
sai baba, you are totally out of your depth. It is clear that you have
never interacted with devotees and/or ex-devotees of Asathya sai baba,
and that in fact, you have never visited his den at Puttaparthi.

It is a good gesture on your part to even be willing to investigate
the claims for yourself. If you are really serious about this, first
off, you could try to get hold of the Danish Documentary on Asathya
sai baba, that is titled "Seduced". It is by the DR national
television of Denmark. Next, you could get in touch with the persons
who run the web sites http://www.exbaba.com and
http://www.sathyasaivictims.com , who could help you to put you in
touch with the victims of Asathya sai baba directly.

But i doubt if you would do so. Most of us desperately seek the Divine
and, no matter how educated and practical we are, it is easy to fall
prey to Asathya sai baba. So i would not blame you if you, too,
succumb to this Afro headed creep. After all, you are human.

Before the famous "darshan" of the Afro headed "bhagwan", one is given
several speeches, which includes claims that he has revived persons
from the dead, that he has generated watches (which, incidentally,
bear the markings of companies like HMV and some with marks of a
Japanese company), gold (that wears off after some time!), lingams,
etc.

He also claims to produce vibhuti (ash) spontaneously. See the
hillarious videos on the sites http://www.exbaba.com and
http://www.sathyasaivictims.com . There are some nice "miracle"
videos. Once you have seen them, then you will re-think the questions
you have asked.

There are several complaints filed with the CBI and with the Supreme
Court of India. They have not even bothered to process those
complaints. Doesn't this say anything to you? The Indian P.M., and now
the President himself are in favour of Asathya sai baba. Period.

Anyone can claim to be a victim of someone or some thing,
but establishing causative links -- if any -- is a totally
different matter.

However, there is a lot of evidence of defamation
and libel by both named and anonymous persons.

My point is this: has Sai Baba made any claims? If so, what
are they and when and where were they made? You are talking
about claims made by persons other than Sai Baba. Is this
difficult for you to understand? Back to the main point: Should
Atanu Dey's US citizenship be revoked?
