With Christmas and Rizdvo nearing, a number of exhibitions are now
under way in the mainstream galleries featuring Ukrainian Canadian
artists.

In Calgary:

New Image Gallery-
Until Nov.13, a series of 20 pen and ink drawings by Julian Sadlowski,
portraying historical themes and childhood memories of Ukrainian pioneers.

In Banff:

Marika Jewellery and Fine Art-
Rotating exhibition of gallery artists, amongst whom include, Ludmilla,
Natalka Husar and Peter Shostak. The Gallery is located at 94 Banff
Avenue.

In Edmonton:

Kamena Gallery-
Opening Nov.9, new works by Edmonton area watercolour artist Larisa
Sembaliuk Cheladyn. The Gallery is located at 9939 - 170 St.
