What a crock of lies, except for that one paragraph quoted here.
And even that one admission is whitewashed and defended elsewhere

I sort of wonder what prompted this particular editorial?
Could it be the signing of the documents for Ukraines entry
into the WTO?

Perhaps the statement of the prosecutor, requiring the invention of a rebuttal
