The exhibit includes 48 diverse works by 20 artists who live and work in
Ukraine.

TALK: In conjunction with this exhibit, on Friday evening, February 7,
from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, tenured art professor and exhibit co-curator
Sandria Hu will discuss the technical aspects of the work and
artist/curator Lydia Bodnar-Balahutrak will discuss the artists in their
working and cultural context. Geri Hooks of Hooks-Epstein Gallery has
generously supplied copies of their brochure "Original Prints" to augment
this discussion.

Except for pre-sold lots and items from Bodnar-Balahutrak's personal
collection, all the works are available for purchase, with 80% of the
price going directly to the artists in Ukraine and 20% to the gallery to
help fund similar future exhibits and UH student exhibits). A catalog of
the exhibition is in publication now and will be available for seven
dollars.
