The official Lao Communist government propaganda photos, taken and
posted on the popular photo sharing site FLICKR by DKJ, an employee of
the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs seems to be a direct VIOLATION of
Flickr's "Community Guidelines", which states:

"Flickr is for personal use only."

Obviously, the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the only legal
political party in one of the world's last Communist nation, is NOT
using Flickr for "personal use."

In addition, the Lao government, via DKJ's own admission of posting
more than 10,000 official government propaganda photos on Flickr, some
of which were NOT their own and clearly VIOLATED basic copyrights of
works of international journalists and photographers.

Again, Flickr's "Community Guidlines":

"Don’t upload anything that isn't yours.
This includes other people's photos, video and/or stuff you've
collected from around the Internet. Accounts that consist primarily of
such collections may be terminated at any time."

Finally, this type of violation is openly and publicly supported as
well as encouraged by the Lao Ambassador to the United Nations, Yong
Chanthalangsy, who openly thumbs his nose at the international
community by posting all kinds of messages of his own via his
"Thanouxay" account, including death threats...all from his official
U.N. Geneva office.

Samphon,

Laws and agreement do apply to the LPDR. VIOLATION of
Flickr's "Community Guidelines is nothing. LPDR VIOLate every single
law that were written, the Paris Agreement, the Vientiane Agreement,
the 18 points, Guns and Bombs apply to the LPDR. and it Makes sense to
them. Other than that, none is working. They cheat from the volunteers
police to the president of LPDR.

The only thing that this commie nation leaders don't violate is the
NAM CHAI from any businessman or foreign government official who
wishes to do business in Laos. Once their businesses are making
money, the owners start disappearing without any trace.

If Yong Chanthalangsy and DKJ are going to use the internet to conduct
international diplomacy, as they have openly and proudly admitted
to...then let's let them answer for themselves.

Or, will they shy away and ignore anything and everything that do not
suit their propaganda. As they have shown in the past, they are likely
to read this thread thoroughly and accept it as truth...and not say
much. They will leave it to LPRP supporters like PXL4LIFE to speak on
their behalf. Let's watch and see.

Wow, even the British Foreign Office is using Flickr now.

Thanks for all the pictures DKJ. The pictures from Den Savan are very
useful to tourists. Now no problem to go between Danang and
Savanakhet, and then over the bridge to Mukdahan on the way to or from
Thailand.

DKJ, what do you know about the border crossing between Laos and
Myanmar? See the map on

Maybe one day the foreign tourists can cross there? Have you heard
anything about this?

Yong and DKJ, it is clear that the Lao PDR, via you both, as
government officials have NOT signed any agreement with Flickr to
conduct the kind of government propaganda program which you are openly
proud of, INCLUDING the posting of materials which ARE NOT yours.

As you can see, the UK have legitimate and official agreements with
Flickr and other online services to post their materials, which are
STRICTLY their proprietary, and according to basic international norms
and respect for laws that govern them.

http://www.flickr.com/people/foreignoffice/contacts/

I have YET to see the UK Ambassador to the U.N. sit at his Geneva or
New York office day and night posting propaganda to the world and
issuing death threats to international critics. Only Yong, the Lao
Ambassador the U.N. has done so with much pride.

It is no wonder the BBC calls the Lao PDR, the "SECRETIVE
AUTHORITARIAN STATE."

I see Yong and DKJ have are now relying on their U.S. based Lao
People's Revolutionary Party member, PXL4LIFE in Florida to do the
official government propaganda for them...of course reposting what I
had posted for Yong and DKJ last month.

This is yet another example of the public and direct coordination
between high level Communist LPRP members (like U.N. Ambassador Yong
Chanthalangsy and DKJ from the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and
their U.S. supporters like PXL4LIFE.

So, PXL4LIFE, if you are trying to convince everyone that you are
officially working on behalf the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and
repost all of their political propaganda for them...you are doing a
great job.

So, it's not just an IPhone that you openly admitted to providing for
a high ranking member of the LPRP (Yong Chanthalangsy), one of the
world's last official and still fully operational Communist political
parties...it's clear now that you directly acting on their behalf per
their orders.

I wonder if the U.S. Embassy were officially made aware that their
visit will be used as another online tool by the Lao People's
Revolutionary Party (via DKJ and Yong) by way of Flickr dot come and
these forums.

It is quite obvious that the LPRP has made a embarrassing error in
their reporting of this event, by claiming, "US Congress visit Ban
Phalak."

Here is Ms. Jessica Lee's information, a low level Congressional
staffer with the House Foreign Affairs Committee - Asia Pacific.
http://www.legistorm.com/person/Jessica_Lee/67776.html

If such ridiculous claims can be made about the U.S. Congress visiting
Ban Phalak...then the same claims about DKJ, a low level staffer at
the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ALL his internet propaganda
activities, including the violation of posting of copyrighted
materials, and other foul language usage...represent the official Lao
nation's position!
