Arizona) that awards honorary cultural doctorates to performers,
artists, etc. Notable receipients are Ilaiyaraja, and MGR. There is no

So, why don't you run for office in TN and have the state legislature
enact a law to deport MK from TN to Pakistan? Its constitutionality
might have to stand the test of several lawsuits - all the way from
the High Court to the Supreme Court. :-)

I am responding because you seem to think that you'll get away with
some hysterical arguments - emotional arguments that have neither
basis in fact nor logic behind them. Firstly, I nailed your lie about
the AWU/WURT honorary doctorates. You had no clue about the
differences between the two, but you thought you'd throw the AWU in
the argument assuming no one would notice. Wrong! You don't have

Sarkaria Commission argument without knowing any of the facts. The
finding was the Karunanidhi had indeed abused his position as Chief

hey, in something as important as this the state should have all its

Looks like you need to get one thing pretty clearly, there is no
"saintly" politician, and Karunanidhi alone cannot be held to some
unrealistic, unachievable norm. If this is what you are after, you are
in for a big disappointment. Now, if you really hate the guy (which I
think is the case judging from your visceral reaction), you will find,
of course, all the dirt that you *want* to find, or you'll conjure up
something based on hearsay. If you have problems with his literary
skills, criticize them. Better yet, dazzle us with better stuff that
you've come up with.
I'll repeat again, what a politician does in the privacy of his/her
home, is his/her business, and nobody else's. Allegations of
corruption, etc have to be dealt with using prevailing laws and
statutes, and poor governance is dealt with through the ballot box.
You seem to have no faith in either. Actually you have contempt for
legal commissions. So, what kind of system are you advocating, if you
have contempt for parliamentary democracy? The only problem (my
thought) with commissions is that self-serving politicians
(parliamentarians or assemblymen) refuse to arm any sort of commission
with the authority to levy punishment.
