According to Dinamani, over 400 TN fishmen were killed SL navy. On the
one hand Hindian gov refuse to its navy to protect them. So fishers
asked for certain safety measures not requiring clash with SL navy.
Hindians rejected it saying too expensive but gave many times more
money to SL military in free helicopters and radars.
