PROPOSAL FOR UNBLOCKING THE NEGOCIATIONS WITH IRAN

Iran could get the advanced S-300 defense system from Russia while it delivers over 500 grams - 1 kilogram (roughly half to 75% of it present stock of low enriched uranium) of enriched uranium to Russia.

It will take roughly 1 year for Iran to deploy the S-300 system and make it operational. A new DYNAMIC will be created on both sides...(It is understood that Iran will have the right to CONTINUE enrichement wile the negociations are going on and build up its stock again)

That would give security re-assurance to Iran AND the world community for 1 year at least while the negociations are going on.

It is a brilliant idea indeed (I am very surprised nobody is floating this idea in the negociations)

We can envisage the West imposing further sanctions during the negociations (like on gasoline exports to Iran - which by the way is a blessing for Iran in disguise since it will have enough refining capacity by then and because of lavish spendings by the government of Iran in this sector). Iran can also finish construction of the new plant in Qom and build new more advanced centrifuges) So it gives extra flexibility and STABILITY to the talks for 1 year while a NEW WORLD ORDER is negociated by all parties.

IT IS A BRILLIANT IDEA IDEEED!!!!

IMPORTANT PS: Please REMEMBER: Iran has NO interest to actually build an ATOMIC bomb because then everybody will have it as well very quckly (with help from USA and/or Israel). Iran wants a BREAK-OUT capacity to build a bomb in case it is threatened at its core by the West. Iran want assurance for its survival and does NOT want to attack Israel (despite rethoric for the last 30 years). This is often misunderstood in the West.
