Sri Lanka trip

Did a two week cultural triangle , around Colombo and Kandy.
Most impressed how clean Sri Lanka is , no sign of litter. There are
no fines as in Singapore , but the govt does run frequent ads about
throwing litter in the bins. Every night the citizens put out the
trash on the road , and every morning it is collected and taken away.
And it means that there are no flies.
What a contrast with Delhi ! Let the Indian govt employ a
million cleaners at a cost of a couple of billion dollars a years to
keep the streets clean. India is richer than Sri Lanka. Or it can
privatize and hand over to Tata or Reliance.
The people are amazingly friendly. The medium of instruction
is not English , so they may not be as fluent in it. We

Gangaikonda Cholan) Himsa Vishnu, his statement is really funny. I'll
bet Mr. Koolie-Klass Kreep (aka, Kommunist Koolie Karthicka or KKK)
has never worked a hard day in his life, and probably leeches of a
social welfare state. Gives him, and his multiple personalities (yeah,
Sybil can't hold a candle to this guy), all the time in the world to
"bark" (what else can one call the one-liner junk) 20-30 times a day.
Dignifying this idiot's "writing" is simply not worth it - invites
rabies upon oneself. I am not going to deal with this crude mental
