Did a two week cultural triangle , around Colombo and Kandy. Most impressed how clean Sri Lanka is , no sign of litter. There are no fines as in Singapore , but the govt does run frequent ads about throwing litter in the bins. Every night the citizens put out the trash on the road , and every morning it is collected and taken away.... more »
