1. INTERNATIONAL PLUS- The customer provides Cyberlink with a list of
all the authorized telephone numbers (ANI) from which INTERNATIONAL PLUS

Cyberlink computer reads the number from which the customer is calling.
If the call is made from an unauthorized ANI, the call will be blocked.
This service does not have any charges and fees.
2. CALLING CARDS- Allow you to call to any country using the same rates
as the INTERNATIONAL PLUS flat low rates. The rate for a call within the
USA - $0.22 per minute with NO per-call surcharges. In addition, there
are NO annual and monthly charges and NO monthly minimum. If you are a
traveler, you can order and receive CUSTOM CARDS,-an individual card to
track call volume and provide accountability for better cost control..
Feature "#", CALL RESET, allows placement of additional calls without
re-
entering codes.
3. CALLBACK- Allows your relatives, friends or colleagues to call you
from abroad. It is very convenient to use this service when you are
abroad. The rates are only $0.20 more than INTERNATIONAL PLUS. To place
a call from another country, you dial your assigned Access Phone
Number(APN). This is a free number. Let it ring one or two times, than
hang up. The system will call you back at your programmed callback
